Weeee! I made my first bento tonight for my lunch tomorrow. Isn’t it pretty!!! :)

I promised myself that I would make my own lunch instead of eating outside because a) it’s healthier; and b) it’s so HOT ouside!
Isn’t it pretty to put my food in this?

I just finished eating my first oatmeal. Yeeeeech! Hahahaha. At the insistence of my boyfriend (who worships this stuff), I promised him that I would take oatmeal as my breakfast for two weeks! Crap! It tastes like paper. The only thing that got me through a mugful of this is having raisins for taste and texture. Maybe it will get better each day.

I finally measured myself today, stepped on the scale, and calculated my BMI. My jaws dropped! How did I let myself get this far?
Well, facing the problem is the first step to resolving anything so what I need to do is write down things that will help in attaining this goal.

In order to make this goal more effective, I shall go by a reward system… if I lose 10 lbs in one month, I shall reward myself with this

I bought myself two 1-liter bottles and promised to drink 2 liters of water a day. Hey, isn’t drinking enough water a good start? :)
