improve my communication skills

This is one area I,m weak in, although I,m futher on in my journey.

There are so many types of comunication skills we use everyday,
many openions out there.

onething I really want to do is to learn out to effecitvey comication, using body launge, listerning skills, smalls groups interaction.

I maybe find it so daunting to make friends in large chuches, but yet love public speaking.

But to be good public speaker I also need to learn how to communicate effectivey on social, and one to one interactions.

I think part of the problem for me is fear of rejection, fear people wont want to hear what I have to say.
