dont chew!! when ever you feel the need to chew , get out the nail file instead
File them regularly to stop small cracks becoming big ones
if you have nails like mine that are dry and crack easy, soak them in lukewarm olive oil every now and then to soften them
you can use a polish called stop grow. it tastes horrible and stops you from chewing
I’ve got lots of comments about my nails since i started looking after them and i think it makes me look more feminine
