i've got the fever...

again.

this was a MASSIVE dream about 10 yrs ago. we were going to sell everything and go sail the world. instead someone bought a corvette “for me” as a surprise. boy was it.

i still haven’t shaken the live on a boat/go sailing dream.

i spent the morning looking at pretty attainable sailboats. i’d need to have a more stable work situation than i do now, but i’m working on that. i think my reward will be something along the lines of sailing.

there a few schools here that i can go to to learn to sail. i’m thinking i’ll do it in a couple months. i’m rather occupied with the cello and cooking classes. also, the sailing thing would probably be more fun if i could get others to do it with me.

i’ll try to meet some seafaring (okay, lakefaring) people here in austin.
