losing weight is a state of mind! 1000 percent.
i am losing weight so easily and effortlessly. i am on the love and forgiveness diet and it is really changing my life.
i went shopping last weekend with friends. they were buying i was just looking…so for fun i decided to try on some jeans. and every store we went to the jeans were too big and i had to go down a size. but i thought somestores do that trick where they make a size 8 girl think they are a size 6 through certain cuts of jeans. but when i got to nordstrom and tried on a pair of jeans i know for sure ive never been able to get into and i jsut slid them on!!! THIS has never happened to me in my life. i ve never been the girl who just wakes up and goes oh did i lose weight? hmm look at that!? noooo i have been a calorie counting no carb eatin work out maniac queen. but now i am chaning. ive been changing my beliefs about myself and they are working. try telling yourself some of the following…even if it doesnt feel true at the beginning. it will come true! i promise!!

im in the same place weight wise. i am not gaining. but i have really lost. i been too leniant and having cocktails here and there and flour a bit but barely.a nd an occasional treat. its a fine lifestyle for maintaining im realizing…very moderate. but it is not good enuf to take off the last 15 pounds or so. my goal is 128 and i know i will reach it and stay there. at least i am learning about mantainence!
but its time to crack the whip a bit and get back to losing. first mini goal is to get to 139!!! out of the 40’s and into the 30’s i’ll post again the second i do.
I have eaten much this week. I am competing for the first prize in a talent contest and it has totally taken away my appetite..which never happens!! sticking to my atkins plan. i am still fitting into my smaller jeans. expecting some weight to come off over the next second half. i am in fat burning mode. this has been the easiest time doing atkins. i guess compared to master cleanse anything is easy! i am really focusing on changing my beliefs about my body and myself. and really loving me me me now! i am using the heal your life book which i recommend to everyone!!! it is awesome. i am eagerly awaiting the day that is on its way very very soon! when i go shopping for my size 4 rock and republic jeans :)
i bought these things called metabostix. they tell you if you are in ketosis and i jsut used it and am officially BURNING FAT!! i havent had any carbs or sugar for 4 days now! i am feeling the effects…suppressed appetite, and just not all that interested in food. its a real free feeling. i’ll be getting on the scale in about another week. if i weigh in now and it doesnt read how i want it too i will just give up or switch programs and that wont do me any good. so no weighing for me right now. not till im done with the 14 days. definitely eliminating my cravings!!
start of my third day of atkins. had eggs and bacon for bfast not weighing myself for another week or 10 days. had a headached last nite but took a vicodin and fell asleep. sugar withdrawals. as clean as the master cleanse was it does have you ingesting alot of sugar!! im still off caffeinne which is great! clothes are fitting the same. ok check in tomorrow
part 2. end of third day.ate not too too much
for lunch i had a cobb salad
dinner was a protein style burger
and than tonite i had some chicken wings and peanut butter
i know. its a weird menu but my appetite is slowly diminishing. today should be the last day of headaches too. the first three days are always the hardest as your body goes thru withdrawals. i;ll see how the weight changes now over the next 11 days since i should officially be in ketosis now and burningpure fat!!! i have to believe this is possible. it is possible for me to reach my goal weight and stay there! I CAN DO IT and I WILL
i am doing atkins induction for the next 14 days. i just did the master cleanse so this is the total other end of the spectrum in some ways. heres my whole take on weight etc.. i am about 15 pounds away from my goal weight. master cleanse helped me take of 13 pounds..of which about 3 was water weight. now i know if i do atkins for the nxt two weeks i can lose anywhere from 7 to 10 pounds more. i want to lose weight the fastest way possible. and than switch to a healthy moderate diet that limits flour and sugar, focuses on veggies lean meat fish nd fruit. so the master cleanse helped me get from 156 to 143 -145 and now i am hoping atkins will help me get to 135 and than i will either do some kind of fad diet like…3 day diet, 48 miracle diet, or 6 day body makeover to get to my goal weight of 130.
to maintain that weight i will be doing weight training or yoga 3 times a week with some form of cardio every day. 20 to 60 minutes. and keeping a food diary counting my calories.
ok i just wanted to get that all out on paper so i can remember what i am working on. i ahve a slight headache today and it makes me want to eat. i am realizing i eat when i have any kind of physical pain. especially headaches. so i just took a headache pill instead. and as for my emotional eating i am learning new ways of coping with that too. action always sets me free! taking risks, facing up to my fears, expressing myself all are big helps too! keeping busy is important too because when i am bored i eat. and when i am angry my new tool is to beat my pillow scream cry yell. NOT EAT. and when i am sad my new tool is to write down why i am sad cry call a friend go for a walk and get some perspective! NOT EAT.
anyways i am going to a party tonite. plan on sticking to my low carb thang. i’ll check in each day…
i am done with the master cleanse. now today is my first day of post cleanse. so its orange juice day.
starting a yoga workout next week of three times a week. i need to tone up big time. im definitely smaller but i need to do an hour walk/hike a day for cardio and yoga three times a week as my resistance training. i know it will do my mind and body more good than lifting weights.
i’ll keep chcking in. 13.5 more pounds until i am at my goal. feeling better every day!
now i will be weighing in once a week. so i’ll post my weekly weight next friday or saturday. goal is 1 to 4 pounds a week. i figure as long as i stick to my clean raw veggie based diet it should come off pretty fast considering it is way different than what and how much i was eating before! also i am committing to one hour walks a day and yoga twice a week at least.

all due to the mahhhhhstaaaah cleanse!!! yeeehaw!
now the real work begins of making changes while eating. tomorrow i switch to o.j.. one day at a time. one pound at a time.
14 pounds to my goal dream weight of 130. i am giving up flour sugar and fried foods to reach this goal. you cant have something for nothing!
