all my health goals tie in together. i am doing master cleanse to heal my body, giving up sugar to heal my body, and doing both to take off the excess 30 pounds im carrying.
so i will start counting my 90 days as tomorrow. july 1st. 90 days with no desserts. thats what i mean by sugar…ie: cakes cookies ice cream etc…although i may still allow myself to have dark chocolate. it is the only kind of sugar i can eat without caring and eat in moderation. so i may keep that as an occasional treat, instead of getting into sugar free junk
im on day 4 of master cleanse now. so i am having maple syrup in my drink but other than that for the next 6 days i wont be having any sugar. i feel like if i can do this for 90 days straight it will break my addiction to sugar.I just need to be accountable.

ok. so this has leapt to the top of my list of things to do. the thing is i really want to do a cleanse. and for the past two days i have been getting off coffee. tonite and all day i have had the most painful throbbing migraine in the history of the world. i wanted to die. 2 vidodins later i am feelin a tiny bit better. so this made me realize i need to get rid of alot of crap thats in my body and than do the cleanse and than hopefully that will get rid of my allergies rheumatism etc..
either way i am starting now. ive never had a problem with dairy but ive read its bad for your joints and my dr said he thinks i have arthritis (mostly in my fingers) :( which is not good cus im a musician and i need my hands,
god help me to go at least the next 30 days without sugar, flour, caffeine, and dairy…and than i will reasses how i feel. i may wean myself off the coffee…the withdrawals are horrendous. nite
