Well I have lost a little bit more weight, but I have been finding it very difficult since school has started again. I always seem to have trouble balancing it all, school, work, life, while trying to fit in exercise and a healthy diet. I still remind myself that my health is a priority, if I don’t have my health I don’t have anything.

Well I have now lost 12 pounds, so I am moving forward towards my goal. I am trying to keep a food journal everyday, but this doesn’t seem too happen. I do manage to write in it a couple of times a week though. I just started school this week, so the pressure is on to continue living a healthier lifestyle, and complete all the work I need to do during the week. I know I can do it though; I want it so badly, to be fit, strong, and hopefully a bit leaner.

Well week 1 went very well. I have started keeping a food journal, and I have made it to the gym 3 times in the last week. I did eat better than I had been, minus a night of drinking and the hangover food that goes along with it. I lost 4lbs this week!!!!

So, I am 26 years old, I am currently clinically obese at 228lbs, 5,7’. I want to do something about it, I need to do something about it. For my self esteem, my health, my future.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life, I am going to commit to my health for the rest of my life. I currently exercise regularly, but eat a very poor diet. I plan on eating much better and stepping up my exercise routine.
