It sucks how easy it is to lose touch with people. some transfer to another school, some drop out..others meet new friends or get to busy with work. I find that it needs to be a two way street early on and consistenly or it is not worth it and you will end up being disapointed. The important people will find a way to stay in your life in my opinion though, and if they don’t, they’ll at least leave an imprint and a lesson, if you are willing to anaylze your past connection with said person.
