I want to teach

I know i want this degree, but everyday i feel so un-productive. not bored just unproductive, constantly sitting behind a computer and reading text books. humdrum. i need some other outlet, maybe a ‘real’ job, i dont know. i just want to enjoy school and feel like its for my benefit again, it just doesnt right now. especially since i cant even find or get to the library in my new town. how ridiculous is that.

so, i have been out of school for a while and now i should be going back this fall to a new school, new program, new life, yipee! elementary education then i think i will go for a masters in art education.

Teachers should make more than movie stars. I would like to teach in Africa and Cambodia, maybe, and india, they teach in english alot in these places so… I know i will start teaching here first. I want to teach literature. I love books and hope to pass this to others. I would also want to teach social studies/sciences because they are important for human development.
