well my mom passed away 2 months ago in accident, and she didnt have a will, my name wasnt on anything. so everything is going to have to go thru court, probate. with her bills everything will probably be lost :-(
so its really important to do this!
do you have to pay a lot of money to do this ? can you do it on your own? now that i have a baby i need to leave a will. i guess my bf would take care of him but he can have another guardian cant he?? if something happened to both of us then definitly need one
