Sometimes I only get 7 or 6 hours of sleep (or even less), but that’s getting pretty rare these last few weeks.

Vacation 5 months ago

Well, I’m still on vacation for two more weeks, so I’m not having any problems with it right now. Let’s see what happens when I go back to work.



Have to try harder 5 months ago

I know that when I do this, I feel so much better throughout the day.
Lately I’ve only been getting 6-7 hours of sleep. I really need the whole 8 hours to feel fresh and alert the next day.

+ my face looks less puffy!
