Since work has picked back up, I have let this goal slide.

So, I have made a decision to devote at least fifteen minutes of bike riding a day when I get home from work. That will give me plenty of time to take care of other responsibilities (cooking supper, grading papers, my nightly routine, etc.).

I am still working on this ~ really hard (I now have bruises all over my legs to prove it)!! I’m not going to give up, though. Riding a bike is a great way to exercise and get outside in the fresh air…I just have to keep working at it.
People keep asking me where all of my bruises came from…I’m not quite sure if they believe me when I say I’m teaching myself how to ride a bike!!
