Started back in yesterday with my three sets of fifteen crunches ~ I will have to slowly build this back up. I haven’t been keeping up with these in awhile… :-(

Repeated my three sets of fifteen crunches again today ~ this may be becoming a habit! I hope so!

I am finally motivating myself to work out! I have worked out two days this week on my bowflex and have two partners to encourage and be accountable to. I am really excited about this, because I can definately feel that I have used my arm and stomach muscles the last few days! If I can work out one more day this week, I will consider the week a sucess. Then I just need to make it a habit!
