I dusted off the ‘ole bowflex and did arm exercises and crunches yesterday (I even did my lunges)...
Hopefully I can keep myself motivated and moving in the right direction with this goal ~ I’m going to repeat these tonight!

Worked out on my bowflex ~ arm exercises and crunches. Also did lunges ~ ouch! I can feel the burn, so I know that I am progressing.
Today has been a good exercising day for me ~ I feel very encouraged!
Did three sets of fifteen crunches, three sets of fifteen arm exercises on my bowflex, and three sets of fifteen lunges.
Whew!
OK ~ I’m going to actually put this goal into action! I am going to aim for three days a week on my hubbie’s bowflex. I need to start small ~ I haven’t worked out in forever. Plus, I don’t want to lose weight ~ just tone up!
