Just south of the Bar M ranch (which is northeast of Gibbon, OR)

Fish Hatchery Road is a nice detour off the highly busy SR 203 leading to Snoqualmie Falls .

21°F but sun-sun-sunny. (Note the thick layer of ice on my car.)

The street sweepers must have been working all night because roads were pretty clear of debris. There’s still a lot of sand on the side, though.

This is likely someone’s float-in-progress for the Issaquah Salmon Days parade, held in October.

I saw this on the way out of my subdivision this morning. It’s amusing because:
1) the geese have the light
2) they’re using the crosswalk

Occasionally, the geese will cross the busy road. Remarkably, people stop and will let them amble across.

The sign is amusing because if you did want to jump from the bridge, you’ll be undeterred by the forbidding sign. (Or you can’t read. Possibly both.)
