I don’t like Core at all, is there anything I can swap it out with?

because my sleep schedule was weird and i actually had stuff to do during the day… but no matter. cardio and abs tonight plus i walked a mile on my treadmill which i am beginning to do everyday. plus i threw out/am going to give away all my candy. and buy NO MORE. i’m done spending money on it. i’m saving up for a bicycle. i’m re-arranging my weekly workout because i just got the rest of the p90x dvds back from a friend and i don’t really like core or kenpo.. haha
but it’s 330am and i forgot to do it lol
i think i’ll do stretch before i go to bed in a bit but i’ll skip core and make it up tomorrow… actually maybe not because i have abs tomorrow. oh well
i always have an easier time breathing after working out, especially cardio stuff. i feel good that i did my second day, it’ll make it easier to do my thrid day, plus i love being able to cross my workout off my to-do list everyday :)
i wasn’t really feeling the lean program.. so i made my own that’s more cardio heavy.
mon- cardio, abs
tues- cardio, arms & shoulders
weds- core, stretch
thurs- cardio, abs
fri- cardio, arms & shoulders
sat- core, stretch
sun- legs & back, yoga
i’m going to do that for two weeks and see how i feel. it’s tuesday right now and i’m really having to make myself work out. i’ve got all this motivation but no follow through lol
i took the end of last week off because i got hurt (again) this time my elbow and shoulder. i am unnessesarily frail and somehow i’m still getting hurt using 3 pound weights. i started taking calcium suppliments twice a day to make up for my hatred of milk and i’m going to try and find something to help my joints. i’m also going vegetarian again so i might as well find something for protien while i’m at it haha. cardio today will be nice, no pushups.
oh and i solved my headaches-during-warmups problem. i skip their warmup and i just jog on the treadmill for ten minutes before each workout. much much better.
i’m restarting week one tomorrow. this week i was sick and the week before my friend in the marines was home before he left for hawaii so i was out a lot and didnt have much time for p90x. but now i’m back to my regular schedual and i’ll be able to get to this every day. so, tomorrow, day one
i’m ridiculously sore and i was busy most of the day. i dont think missing a few things in the first week will matter. i dont wanna hurt myself haha

tony doesn’t cue very well and he does a different style of yoga then i’m used to, so i substituted in my own yoga dvd instead of p90x’s. it’s still really challenging so i dont think i’ll be missing out on anything.
so i just finished the first dvd for the lean program and i feel like death haha
half of the excercises i could only do like 3 reps then i just sat there and watched the rest. i’ll work up to it though, i know by the end of the 3 months i’ll be doing them all. i’m not discouraged, i’m excited about continuing!
