but I’m back. I did 50 girl pushups yesterday, and I was really sore today. but I’m going to continue on tomorrow. I also did 50 crunches. I think I’ll be doing 50 crunches everyday and 50 pushups every other day for a week or two. then I’ll check back in here

so i’m gonna hold off for a few weeks and with the more intense workouts i’ve been doing i’ll be able to actually do a pull up next month i think.
p90x is pretty awesome
i also bought a chin-up bar the other day and set it up in my doorway and i can actually do a chin up! haha thats something i never would have been able to say when i added this goal so i guess i’m making progress
i bought p90x today! lol
i’ll get it in about a week and then we’ll see how it goes. hopefully its as good as it promises.
15 knee-style push-ups and ten minutes of lifting 3 pound free weights, my arms feel so heavy and tired haha
I’m going to ice my collarbone until i fall asleep, that should help me continue lifting tomorrow morning
..to do this by the end of the month. not gain a whole bunch of muscle, just enough to notice it. but it’s going to be slow, hard work with a collarbone injury. ten push-ups a day and lifting 2 pound free weights then a night of icing my collar bone and some interesting popping and grinding noise the next morning haha
but it’s finally time i buckled down
i’m becoming a vegetarian soon and i have a collorbone injury that prevents me from doing most upper body excersizes. as a result yoga and other low impact workouts are the only ones i can do… it’ll bo slow work but i hope to become stronger someday
