fulfill God's plan for my life

Friday and Saturday our youth ministry put on a discipleship weekend for students who were interested in doing more for God in our ministry and in their everyday lives. Reach was something that God layed on my heart to do all the way back in June. Six months later and the first one is completed. I was obedient to something God layed on my heart to do. I have completed part of this goal. This goal will never be completed until the day I die or the day Jesus returns. Even still Reach was one step closer to that day whichever it may be and that is exciting. I can’t wait to see what’s next in God’s agenda for my life!

Sometimes I feel like I am wondering around in the dark when it comes to what God’s will is for my life. I know that I am obedient to Him in my life and I am striving my hardest to be the best I can be for Him. I know that I am a part of every ministry I am right now for a reason. I love every opportunity He gives me each day to serve Him. Even still…the question is…what does God have for my future? Am I supposed to be a youth pastor? I love our youth ministry but does that mean its what I am called to do? I love our college ministry (Chi Alpha Fusion) but am I called to college ministry the rest of my life? I love making music, worshipping God in every opportunity I can but am I called to lead worship the rest of my life? If the answer was yes to any one of these things I would do it with all my heart. I just feel like anytime I pray about the future I get no answers. I do know this: God has called me to serve in CYM, Steadfast, Fusion, and Faith Assembly of God right now in my life. I will continue to give my all in every area God has given me to serve Him in. As for the future I guess I will just take it as it comes with a heart ready to serve in any area God calls me to for that day.
