I cannot wake up before 7:30. I just can’t. This morning when my alarm went off I was still so tired. I have to break the cycle (late to bed late to rise) but I’m having a really hard time of it.

cannot. break. the. cycle. Must. get. up. earlier. Tonight I’m going to bed early so that should help.
What was I thinking to attempt this goal during the winter time. I cannot climb out of my warm, comfy, cloudlike bed into the harsh, bitter chill of my bedroom. Or even worse the rest of my house. I’ve really backslid for the worse on this. I’m holding steady at 7:30 until after the holidays. Then I begin again in earnest!
I haven’t been doing this since I’ve been sick but as soon as I feel better it’s back to 7:15. No really.
Only 4 more days of that and I’m moving to 7:00. But it is so hard to be disciplined.
So far I have gotten up at 7:30 4 days in a row. I’m going to make it a week then move back to 7:15. Then 7:00. That ought to be plenty of time to get ready and maybe even take the dog for a short walk.
