I can't stand giving up!

Ok, I’m going to try this again, but after the holidays because I have such long vacations. I can’t do anything when I’m out of my routine. Hey, at least I know my limits.
Plus, I made all this room for new goals and I can’t remember what they were. Maybe I should make ‘write things down’ a goal.



Well, the point was

To be more aware of what I’m eating and try to eat more balanced every day and I think I’ve done that. Plus I gotta make room for some new goals.



So...

Around the holidays was a bad time to start this. I can’t even begin to think about what I ate over the holiday weekend. Not that I totally backslid (real word?), I just ate too much and didn’t write anything down. At least I didn’t spend any money.



I'm starting today

I want to eat more whole grains and veggies, but I also want to save money on my grocery bill. I think this will help me achieve both of those goals.
