Doing pretty good so far

I bought some hemp hand lotion from the Body Shop. Everytime I feel like I want to bite my nails, I just put that stuff on. I’m going to buy some nail strengthening polish on Thursday.

I’ve chewed on my nails all my life. It’s a nervous habit. I do it untill I bleed and/or my fingers start pulsating with pain. My nails are paper thin and I have yet to find a hardening polish that does what it claims. :(
