Very good book for battling negative mental tapes that play over and over in your head and for learning to use positive affirmations. I highly recommend it. It also comes with a companion book that has a lot of writing exercises. Maybe now I can finally apply it to my life and stick with it. :P

I think the first thing I should do is start a greatfulness list. Everyday I’ll list something I’m greatful for. :)
