I gave away 3 more books this morning for a total of 101!

YES! I gave away 14 books tonight!

Thanks to my sweetie, I had a lot of books to bookmooch (www.bookmooch.com). Only 2 more to go before I reach my goal!

The latest was Waiter Rant, a very interesting book from the waiter’s point of view. Like who tips, who doesn’t. And you can guess what he feels about the latter.

Number 82. Whew.

I have a feeling the last 20 books are going to be hard to unload. I have the books, I have more than that. But so far nobody’s claimed ‘em.

Latest one was a wonderful book about the making of the Cagney and Lacey T.V. series, by exec producer Barney Rosenzweig.

The last one was Vanity Fair, the paperback.

The person who received it said she had no idea how “thick it was.” I found that funny.

It’s truly one of the great books of literature, with a heroine (?) never before seen in Becky Sharp. Ignore the last movie (starring Reese Witherspoon), and read the book. Or see the old ‘60’s BBC version; that one’s a classic.
