I’ve lost 6.2 pounds since I started. Way early.
So I’m going to expand this goal to 10 pounds by the target date. That means I’m going to have to maintain the weight loss AND add another 5 pounds.

I was so hungry at midnight last night, that I poured a bowl of cereal. I ran out of milk.
But I’m rather pleased, so far.
Lose 5 pounds by April 15th. Not a lot, but I’d like to get this goal moving in a positive direction.
Of course, that means (Gasp!!) weighing myself. I will start tomorrow.
