I’ve been on melatonin for five days now going to bed consistently at my set bedtime waking up on my own seven hours after. This might be the key!

Well college has ruined me again here. It’s finals, 6:20 AM and I still haven’t gone to sleep. Not giving up though! I’ll use my post-finals break to really get on track! (I hope.)
My finals are starting up this week and I’ve fallen off the wagon. The past five days I’ve been hitting the hay at 6/7 am and waking up at one. UGH. I’ll try to reset this and have now moved date of completion for the goal to the end of July.
I’ve still been getting up before 10 a.m. every day! If I keep this up I’ll mark it as done if I stay the same by July 1st.
I’ve been forcing myself to go to bed at one and I’ll read myself to sleep. The past few days I’ve only slept four hours or so but I’ve woken up at 7 then 9 today. I’d rather have a few hours of sleep and the rest of the day ahead of me so hopefully this will continue! Also going to buy Melatonin if any days seem too rough.
Ugh this is harder than I expected. Now my sleep schedule is 8 am to 1 pm. I’ve done WORSE. I just can’t turn off my brain and stop thinking. Has anyone tried Melatonin?
My fiance and I are both trying to get up at 11 and be in bed by three. With the hours it takes for me to fall asleep this way, I should get at least six hours. Then hopefully once we are regular with that, we will shift it slowly to 2-10. The problem is school, which requires many all-nighters. Fingers crossed.
Well school is currently making this impossible for me, with fourteen hours of work a day and the off and on all nighter, my sleep schedule is currently more like 6 A.M.-1 P.M.
