Oh well. I went to bed after midnight the last 3 nights. And consequently it was a struggle to get up at 6. Not good. Need to try and do better next week.



Another 2007 resoltuion.... 2 years ago

I am a night owl. I mostly go to sleep after midnight. I should get up in the morning at 6. I don’t and I am always a few minutes late in the morning for work. I do relatively ok with 6 hours of sleep, so goal #1 for this thing is to go to bed by midnight!
I wish….
I should probably try to keep track of this daily or at least note when I go to bed too late…
