This is not a new goal. Ever since I decided to eat healthier food, this has been on the agenda. I do not always eat fish every week though.
Sometimes I buy fish and make it myself, usually just battered and pan fried with lots of green lettuce and a huge amount of mayo.
Most of the time though I eat it in a restaurant. I had some today for brunch = fettucine seafood with shrimp, calamari, salmon and some other white fish. And last week I had grilled seabass with spinach and mash.
I just have to keep reminding myself…
