Currently I am at size 6 with 34:26:34



Weigh and maintain weight at 108 lbs by slimming down to Size 2

1. Eat even smaller portions of six meals a day equaling to 1800 calories. Eat only oranges instead of orange juice and no sweets replace with protein sources. No junk food only water and tea. Eat in three small bowls or one medium bowl.
2. Drink 10 glasses of water daily including 2 cups of green or pureh tea.
3. Play one racquet sport such as squash which burns 600 calories an hour an hour weekly, dance, swim, or cycle weekly.
4. Run and workout (lifting & yoga) regardless of the weather or if the gym is open or not.
5. Run up the stairs for 30 minutes weekly or hills.
6. Weigh myself daily at 7:00 AM
7. Do bodyweight exercises while waiting or being idle such as brushing my teeth.
