Sometimes it feels like there is nothing worse than working with someone who just doesn’t get it. After repeated explainations, even demonstrations, they just can’t hack it. Or when they do get it, they forget it in a week! Nincomeput, no brain idiots. At least that is how I feel.

When I run into these people (you know the ones that call you for an address when they have the handy dandy phone book at their finger tips, and ask you for a mailing address) I tend to talk down to them.

How snotty am I? I need to back up and take a deep breath and try again. Anyone that has any suggestions on how to deal with these people would be wonderful!!!
