It does get a bit difficult at times right now... 3 years ago

ups and downs and ups and downs. There seems to be no inbetweens. Oh how I want to jump off of the roller coaster ride. Yes, tonight is up, last night was down. I try very hard to stay steady… but then a phone call comes from the county, or the bm calls and wrecks havoc, and I’m dealing with a very aggressive kid.

Patience… patience… it’s key.

I must remember this 3 years ago

Some of the most essential things about me I must not lose…

I know myself to be kind
I know myself to be giving
I know myself to be positive
I know myself to be loving

I must hold on to these things. These are essential, I shall not lose them.

I will not become bitter
I will not become selfish
I will not become negative
I will not become overrun with hopelessness

I must remember…

I have done what I can
I have been pure of heart
I have not made a mistake
I have leaned on my faith
