pass the law examination sucessfully

Passing the exam taught me how to keep patient in the difficult situation.
Do it,never give it up!

It is issued end of last year.Someone said,it seems a totally new one, and the most advanced company law in current world.

I doubt that.

After listening a lecture on the new company law.I’ve admit it changed lots.Some concept is quite new.Expecially,on how to limit the large shareholder and give rights to the small shareholder.

got some new ideas, need to study more.

I failed the examination this year. start to prepare it for next year. Little bit sad, but not too much. While,pressure instead.

anyway, I need to put my heart on it.

I’v prepared it for almost 3 months, it’s really a hard work. Unitl now, I have not enough confidence to say: I’ll make it easily.

Fortunately, game is not over, so, I still have the chance to make it.
