Moving along....

Haven’t been to 43things for a little while…. but in the last month I have lost 16lbs. Another 50 to go or so. Very happy with progress so far – still belong to the Y and still rave about FitDay and Peertrainer.



Good start!

Joine the Y the other day, so that’s good. Lots of swimming. Also found this site www.peertrainer.com – made a team called kudos, so if anyone’s interested…....???? Good way to check in every day and push each other along the difficult path of shedding pounds!
