End of this week’s challenge. WHEW!!! im so glad I made it! And I didnt quit.
Last night, I accidentally read an article about Yoga and Pilates and the article said that Pilates is for strength building while Yoga is for lengthening. And one of the main points of Pilates is—concentration.
So I actually thought that during those days when I actually was faster than the Pilates DVD, I was not really concentrating. I was just merely wanting to finish it asap and not really concentrating on building up my strength. shakes head so I learned my lesson well and today, I actually whispered to myself “concentrate” while doing Pilates and it helped me finish it in the right way!
So what’s next now? I will still continue Pilates every other day. I thought I might reward myself of a day’s rest or so. I sorta persecuted myself with my 7 day challenge hee~ and I don’t want to do Pilates with that attitude. :)

omg im struggling to finish this goal. today, i was thinking of quitting. two more days of Pilates is not motivating me at all. im so lazy!!
i think because i woke up late and its so warm already im tempted not to do it but i forced myself to do it anyway. tomorrow i hope i will not be like this. :(

smooth flowing at my own pace. i was actually faster than the DVD, i ended up closing it after finishing! i memorized the movements already. as expected since I already practice the video for nth times already heh~
now my problem is how to deal with open pores after exercise. and ugh when is this break out going to end? :(

much smooth flowing than yesterday! probably because i slept well and I am happy with my skin cause of my new facial cleanser (didnt make me an oil mine) yay!

and i felt the muscle strains already.
main points of strains are my knees (while doing the box position), at my lower back specifically the back bone of my hips (this is while doing the roll ups and anything that has got to do with back pilates movements), i also felt strains at my elbows while doing the side bend. also felt a bit dizzy while swinging down on my knees.
yesterday was much smooth flowing and I didnt feel any tension on my muscles. perhaps my body is now starting to adjust thus the tension.
around 30 mins, i am perspiring a lot on my face already but my body is just so so. i kind of feel tired and want to quit at any moment but i was reminded of this challenge. i just kept on thinking, “1 week of continuous pilates and I will lose some pounds” that kept me going.
around the linked movement part of the video, I am already struggling LOL. (im talking about The Inch Loss Pilates DVD) and it seemed to me like the time is taking too slow for me to finish this exercise. BUT I didnt quit and I am now done with my 2nd day of Pilates.
Good job. Tommorow again!

re-doing this goal and challenging myself to regularly do it for 1 week in order to lose weight and be physically fit.

Yay! Finally like pilates cause it doesnt wear me out after. But I feel so much pressure in my abdomen. I hope its going to flatten my stomach heh~
