Early bird

October is cancer awareness month. I think everyone should get a check up on moles and warts, time again to take the colposcopy exam and had everithing checked as needed based on individual medical History. I think a detailed medical record is a great way to bless your descendants, either direct or indirect. Stay safe, keep your loved ones safe. Blessing to this wonderful team, thank you all, XOXOXO

Facebook

Just posted status on breast cáncer awareness. Friends get nervous still to do it themselves. They are talking about it at least. It still amazes me the degree of self denial some people have about the fact that they have a body and it is all right to touch yourself!!!

Way to go!!

There is a difference between being interested in dgetting or staying healthy, and another is to be commited. I love this very commited, but fun team. CHEERS to all!!!
All clear in Mx City

Thanks for the invite!!!

Women between 35 and 45 are now getting more breast cancer than ever recorded. Self exams are still the best ways to discover this in an early stage, not early than mammograms, but more affordable, and this is essential, If you do notice a lump, run to your gynecologists for treatment, it could save your life.
I will always remember a student of mine who died at 22 years, she was too shy to have another person touch her and postponed her care until it was too late, awareness and treatment everyone!!!!!
