Design and build my own house

I am about to recieve a government credit for buying a new house. I don´t know yet if it will be ggod to build one, but I hope:
I can get a place convenient to my DD´s school
that it is energy efficient( at least)
That has a beautiful integrated kitchen
that I have nive neighbors…
I wish…

I have been car-free for a year now, I walk better, see more people and are way less stressed. I still have the same house, but are doing litlle things to reduce reuse and compost garbage.

Smart houses are also eco-friendly, the thrice insulation, the solar panels, ahhh, what a beautiful dream. I will continue to scrapbook for this one, even if I am nowhere near this goal. It will come trough, it has too…. sell my mother´s apartment
