I passed up the temptation 3 years ago

to buy another orchid yesterday. I’d like to concentrate on getting one of my orchids to bloom again.

A New Orchid 3 years ago

has been added to the collection. It is an Oncidium. One of my Phalaenopsis is sending up a new shoot. I haven’t killed any of them yet!

Which one will I get? 3 years ago

I bought my first orchid after I completed spring term of nursing school last year. I bought another one after fall term. For some reason I forgot to get one after winter term (maybe lack of funds). I am about to complete my final term in nursing school, so it’s time for another orchid. I want to get something unusual- but affordable. Any suggestions?

Book suggestions 3 years ago

Does anyone have a suggestions for a book about growing orchids? I bought an orchid in July, which is still alive. Yesterday, I bought another one. I am now a collector! I was very excited to see postings about orchids yesterday- and thus we have “team orchid”.I do have a tendency to buy a book about subjects that I get interested in. Does anyone know of a good orchid book?
