Well Nearly their i am finding things to 2 with my hands and it’s working only sometimes i bite my nails. Baking and displaying my photos so keeping my hands busy.

Hey guys i’m now putting plasters on my fingers and guess what they last about 2 days. Why UR asking well i am the dish washer in my house,so plasters get wet. They do stop me bitting my nails.
IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS OR SO I HAVE BEEN BITTING MY LEFT HAND NAILS,I NEED TO STOP MY FINGERS LOOK UGLY AND THEY ARE SOAR.
