Who am I writing this for?

Well, if you read this, go see Jaws. It’s Moby Dick without all of the long chapters about harvesting oil from sperm whales. Or maybe not, it’s nearly 4 AM. I might be delirious.

I’m ashamed to admit that I’ve never seen Jaws. So I placed a hold on it at the public library and that’ll be my next one to see from the AFI list.

At one point I was going to do this, maybe three years ago. I started up a club called the “I can’t believe I haven’t seen this film” club. We used to get together once a week and watch double features, like “Rear Window” and “North by Northwest”. Or… “Anatomy of a Murder” and “Strangers on a Train”.

I miss that.
