I bought a Sony DSC-T7 a little over a year ago for my backpacking trip across Europe, and it did a great job I felt, but it was stolen. I bought it because it was small and light for the trip, but now that the trip is over I’m torn on a replacement. Do I want another small camera? After all I would be able to take it with me everywhere, and the best pictures are the ones you have a camera with you to take. But I grew up and learned on a(n) (analog) SLR. Maybe I should get a more full featured SLR. I can not decide, and have not for the past year because I’m torn between the two formats.
