I’m doing this, yes, but I am having trouble. Everywhere I use my compost, a tomato plant grows. Frustrating! Apparently my pile isn’t heating up enough to kill the seeds from the green materials I add to the pile. Must research and resolve this before I can consider this thing ‘done.’

I was going for low-cost and unobtrusive in appearance. Can’t wait to get it assembled and start using it! Perhaps I’ll have compost in time for spring planting.
I found a few that are under $100 here—> http://www.cleanairgardening.com/accessories.html
I am kind of “fussy” (and neurotic), so I would prefer to have a neat, enclosed plastic bin rather than a homemade chicken-wire-type setup. That’s just me, though.
Am planning to purchase one within the next couple weeks and would welcome your suggestions on low-cost (less than $100) bins! Thanks. :-)
