meet new people

I have a hard time getting myself to conceptualize that all people are different and unique, I often judge people and discriminate based off how I assume they’re like in personality before getting to know them. As a consequence, I don’t get to know people, which is a detriment to my social and emotional health. It’s also just wrong of me to be judgemental of others. I need to break the barriers in my head and allow for other people to enter in my life, and all people, without assuming they are a certain way until I really get to know them. Now, turn to a new leaf: a life without judging people.
