I have been working out consistently for the past four weeks. I am progressively loading weight every workout. I should be back to 200 pound squats by next week.

for like the last month and a half…time to get off this lazy train and start busting ass again.
picture quality sucks, but the point is I am starting to look like I am really fit.
My body composition is coming along nicely and I will be what I consider “in shape” within a few more months. I am working out five times a week and engaging in a lot more competitive sports lately.
