I wanted to do 50 consecutive push-ups with no rest. I could not do that. I did all 50 in less than four minutes. I will continue to work at this goal.

for this goal. My personal challenge is just about over and I am afraid I will not reach this goal. I am going to make my personal challenge different after this one but, this goal will still remain on my list of things to do.
I did 18 rounds of 2 pull-ups, 3 push-ups, and 5 squats in 20 minutes. So in 20 minutes I did a total of 54 push-ups. I think I can make the deadline I set for this goal.
max push-ups since my last comment. I am currently using simplefit.com for my workouts. It only consists of three body weight exercises. Pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. Next week is a rest week and I will see what my max is at that point.
