really good w/o on this past saturday—not tired after but had energy

exercised this past thursday with idea that i was trying to do too much at one time—did only cardio
just got back from w/o-it was a good w/o-realized that i can get a lot in if only an hour to w/o and not to let time stop me from future w/o’s
next w/o is saturday—think i will concentrate on chest and shoulders and abs
Great workout yesterday-rebounded okay-felt my diet could have been better post-w/o-next goal is tues. workout in morn.-if i dont do it it is okay—if i do then arms/abs/jog
