friendliest cafe in the world

The cafe will be dubbed as “the friendliest cafe in the world”, by hiring only the most friendly “employees” (I don’t really like to use this term) that greets guests and customer by name and in time will know them personally, sit and chat with them, and even introduce them to other friends and customers.
I’m not sure if there’s already a cafe with a similar concept, but even if it’s a very small niche I’m sure somebody wants something like this (clearly I do!!!)
I also want it to be franchised on we’ll expand and expand to the world…! :-D
