Gained 3 or 4kg over winter this year, so now the race is on to see how soon I can feel comfortable wearing summer clothes again. I know what I need to do…eat less, move more. Easy to say, not so easy to do with Christmas next week!

Easter and chocolate make maintaining weight difficult. My strategy – don’t weigh myself until next week.
I’ll call this goal complete if I can maintain 55kg until my birthday.
Steps to maintaining my weight
1- run 3 times a week
2- yoga class once a week
3- eat less processed foods
