this goal is becoming even more urgent…daylight savings ends this weekend, and I fear my children will be waking me at 4.30am

With a bit of controlled crying (or controlled screaming) over the weekend, managed to get a sleep in til 6.45am. Then lazed in bed with little cherub crawling around room until about 7.30am. Not bad!

If I can get to 7am, I will call this goal completed.

My 2 children – 1yr and 2 and half yrs – NEVER let me sleep later than 6am. And of course one of my new year’s resolutions was to run 3 mornings a week. I remember dragging myself out of bed at 7am when I was at uni. If only I could sleep that late again!
