make my Boxer behave around my new kitten

well it has been 8 months and Max still has to be yelled at because he can’t leave poor Elvis alone…at least they play together sometimes, but sometimes (most times) Max is too rough! Kitty takes it all in stride though….

Well it’s been 5 weeks and its still a zoo, but Max and Elvis are getting along alot better than they were!! I am happy, it’s not perfect but it will only get easier from here. I have even seen them playing with cat toys together!! 8)

Elvis’s paw is better, whew! I feel better, I was worried it ight be worse than it looked, BUT we are up at night with him, he is a nocturnal creature after all..! We need to put him elsewhere at nights though, or we are going to lose our minds! Nothing like having just drifted off to sleep, and BAM! kitten attacks and bites your earlobe! geez….

I think he broke poor Elvis’s paw today trying to get to him!!! I am so upset, Max is just such a big dog, even though he is still a puppy, and the kitten is so tiny!! He is a very exciteable dog and he just wants to chase the poor thing around and lick it to death!
