say 'hi' to at least one stranger each day

I’ma try again with this as soon as the weather clears enough for me to get out again!!!! :P

this time it was the neighbors fault!!! I went outside for the past three days an NO ONE was out because it was so hot (save for the many stupid drivers . come on, can’t they walk places instead of drive 2 blocks?!) However today (should I say yesterday? technically, it was yesterday since right now it’s 1:14 AM and this happened around 3 PM… – at any rate,) I said hi to my neighbor! (who lives about a block away o.o) well, it was nice to know I actually had a conversation (although short) with someone xD

Eventually this really could help me in my confidence o.o coolio… :D!
