For Now I won’t go into detail, because I have clearly indicated my situation in many other of my goals. But I recently read a book by Jared Fogle, The Subway Guy, called Winning Through Losing. Medication and Therepy didn’t help me resolve my relationship struggle, or even my depression. And I realized that I was furthering myself into debt through the therepy and CAUSING MORE DEPRESSION, without attaining a real practical solution to my delimna. In other words, THEREPY MADE THINGS WORSE, NOT BETTER for me personally. I’m not saying that it won’t help some people, but it didn’t help me. I am now $2000 in debt due to the counseling sessions, that would have been just as good as if I was talking to my toilet, and flushing my money down the drain. I got little to no advice. And the advice I did get from therapist backfired. LATER, I found out that my therepist was having marital problems. Hmmmm? So I quit seeing him. I felt like that would be like me asking a fat doctor how to lose weight. The job I have sux and won’t pay for the outstanding bill, the one I am basically paying for no reason (I MEAN I GOT NO SOLUTION, and least not ANY THAT F’N WORKED.)

The point of this is what Jared makes avidly clear in his book… when seeking solutions to our problems what works for one person won’t work for another. It was with this new insight that I am slowly pulling out of my depression. I realized that he was right. There is no single solution for anything that works for everyone. This is why some people are better off getting back with their previous partners, but others are better off moving on. Moving on is a solution that works for some people, BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE. Simultenously, proving your love is also a solution that works for some people, but not for everyone. I just never realized it before.
